About Brian Reed
In 2006, I completed an intensive 8-week Kaizen facilitation certification, and two years later, in 2008, I earned top honors in a Dale Carnegie public speaking program. Those two experiences combined with several of the best mentors I could ask for set me on the path of continuous learning, leading, and helping teams improve.
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to lead more than 130 Kaizen events across 8 companies and 6 states, in environments ranging from aerospace and cleanroom manufacturing to construction and pharmaceuticals. Along the way, I’ve met incredible colleagues, worked with amazing teams and team members, and built a deep respect for what can happen when people are empowered to improve the work they do.
